My new Whirlpool refrigerator had a problem. Whirlpool directed me to J&M. First, a technician came out to diagnose the problem. He then ordered a part, so there would be a delay in the final work until it came. J&M notified me when the part arrived and we set up an appointment. Another technician came this time and replaced the defective part. Both technicians were on-time, polite and professional. So I was happy with the service. It remains to be seen if the problem is completely fixed. The telephone receptionists were five stars as well. It was a good experience..

Heather is always available to accept my phone calls and service calls for my clientele. Jim out in the field has done great for us and has repaired everything I've sent his way.
