My new Whirlpool refrigerator had a problem. Whirlpool directed me to J&M. First, a technician came out to diagnose the problem. He then ordered a part, so there would be a delay in the final work until it came. J&M notified me when the part arrived and we set up an appointment. Another technician came this time and replaced the defective part. Both technicians were on-time, polite and professional. So I was happy with the service. It remains to be seen if the problem is completely fixed.
The telephone receptionists were five stars as well. It was a good experience..
